7. Refund Policy
Payments made to Sanjay Cabs are generally non-refundable.
Once a payment has been made for a service, booking, fee, or other applicable charge, the amount will not ordinarily be refunded.
Any exception, adjustment, or settlement, if applicable, will be considered only at the sole discretion of Sanjay Cabs and subject to applicable law and the specific terms agreed between the parties.
8. Vehicle Attachment – Payment Terms
Sanjay Cabs may work with vehicle owners who wish to attach their cars or other eligible vehicles with the company.
The payment and commercial terms for attached vehicles may include:

9. Monthly Commission and Settlement for Attached Vehicles
Vehicle owners attached with Sanjay Cabs may be subject to a monthly commission or other agreed commercial arrangement.
The applicable commission percentage, amount, calculation method, payment cycle, deductions, and settlement procedure will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of joining.
These terms may vary depending on the vehicle category, service arrangement, and other applicable business conditions.
The terms specified in the applicable attachment agreement will prevail over general information provided on this website.
10. Driver Payment Terms
Drivers joining Sanjay Cabs may be subject to specific payment and employment/service norms depending on their role and arrangement with the company.

Sanjay Cabs shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect payment information, unsuccessful transactions, bank delays, UPI/payment gateway issues, or other third-party payment system failures.
13. Failed or Delayed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, remains pending, or is not received by Sanjay Cabs, the applicable service may be delayed, cancelled, or kept unconfirmed until the payment is successfully received.
Customers should contact Sanjay Cabs if they have completed a payment but the payment has not been reflected in the applicable booking or account.
14. Payment Disputes

Any changes applicable to existing vehicle owners, drivers, employees, or business partners may be communicated through the applicable agreement or other appropriate communication channel.

17. No Guarantee of Payment Gateway Availability
Where online payment facilities or third-party payment services are provided, their availability may depend on external service providers.
Sanjay Cabs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party payment platform.
Any technical issue with a bank, UPI service, payment gateway, internet connection, or other third-party system may affect the payment process.
